1. Purpose

These terms and conditions are intended to govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users regarding the use of services provided by Tarot Day (hereinafter referred to as 'Company').

2. Definitions

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows. 'Service' means tarot reading and related services provided by the Company. 'User' means a person who uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.

3. Provision and Modification of Services

The Company shall provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle. However, services may be temporarily suspended due to business or technical reasons of the Company, and in such cases, the Company will notify users in advance.

4. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following acts: impersonating others, acts that interfere with the stable operation of services, acts that violate laws and regulations, etc.

5. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for the provision of services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
